Social and communication scientist Ulrike Lamprecht works as a Leading Consultant in the New Work Transformation division at Drees & Sommer. With around 15 years of experience in the areas of organisational development, change management, human resources, but also in the real estate industry and project management. She is now particularly focussed on the megatrend future work. She is equally driven by the design of change processes in the development of new working environments and their effects. Ulrike supports companies from a wide range of sectors and of all sizes in their transformation processes towards new working environments and harmonises the expectations of the various stakeholders.
