About Thorsten Heilig
Thorsten Heilig is the founder and CEO of paretos, a pioneering decision intelligence platform that is used by large multinationals and SMEs. Paretos combines cutting-edge AI for addressing business challenges with a unique (and patented) approach in order to offer a scalable solution for complex and rapidly changing market needs.
Thorsten was previously the COO of moovel group / reach now (a Mercedes Benz/BMW company). He is also a management consultant and speaker who makes keynote presentations about AI, innovation, agile culture, and digital transformation. His passion for these topics was inspired by the special human-machine interaction that will enable us to manage complexity and diversity in the future.
He was recently named one of the 100 most influential German entrepreneurs of 2024 by the renowned magazine W&V. In December 2023, his book Decision Intelligence – Transform Your Team and Organization with AI-Driven Decision-Making was published worldwide by Wiley.
