About Sabine Krumrey
Sabine Krumrey studied interior design at Rosenheim University of Applied Sciences and, after holding various positions in interior design offices in southern Germany, has worked as a freelance interior designer since 1993. In 1999, together with Susanne Brandherm, she founded brandherm + krumrey interior architecture in Cologne and has headed the Hamburg office since 2000. In 2008 she was nominated for the INsider Award for her work. Sabine Krumrey is also the winner of the German Interior Design Award 2019 from the Association of German Interior Architects (BDIA). Since 2015, she has been a lecturer for spatial concepts and design at the AMD Academy of Fashion and Design in Hamburg, where, in addition to her jury work and numerous publications, she has received numerous awards for special achievements in interior design.
