Michael Wiebelt, a qualified architect, has been with M.O.O.CON since 2005. As a member of the company's management and partner, he leads the Frankfurt team and contributes his expertise to market and corporate development. His professional focus is on the interface between organisational development and building development for his clients. His consulting services focus on changes in the world of work, such as those influenced by New Work or AI, and their impact on companies and organisations. He is responsible for the conception and implementation of numerous client projects and works closely with international companies from the private and public sectors.
