Markus Weber is responsible for corporate communication at Volksbank Mittlerer Neckar eG. He has more than 20 years of experience in the areas of brand communication, employee leadership and corporate culture development. In addition to the traditional focal points of corporate communication, he advises employees who are involved in change processes. He is currently actively involving managers and employees of Volksbank Mittlerer Neckar eG in spatial and workplace design. His aim is to get more employees interested in new working environments and encourage them to act as brand ambassadors.
