About Marie Elaine Ludes
Marie Elaine Ludes works as Project Manager Communication & Change in the corporate programme for the design of new work environments in the Provinzial Group. After studying psychology, she gained experience in recruiting and as an assistant to the Chief Human Resources Officer. In her current role, her aim is to actively shape the opportunities of the hybrid working world in post-COVID times for the Provinzial Group's staff and thus promote flexibility and adaptability within the organisation.
