Ellin Eberhard is an experienced HR Consultant and Recruiter who has been working independently since mid 2024. Previously, she served as Head of HR at Miles and demonstrated her extensive expertise as Interim Head of People and Culture. In her prior role as Team Lead People and Culture at Zolar, Ellin played a key role in establishing and developing the HR discipline as a business-critical function. With a strong focus on employee retention and development in dynamic environments, Ellin understands the importance of HR strategies that ensure the long-term success of a company.
