About Birgit Gebhardt
Birgit Gebhardt explores the future of the world of work by visiting pioneers, often together with her customers. The focus is on digital transformation processes (Lufthansa Group), collaboration with AI and its impact on a humane work culture, and the question of what offices will have to offer in the future (Swisscom Immobilien AG). Her findings are summarised in her 'New Work Order' studies, which are published by the Industrieverband Büro und Arbeitswelt (IBA e.V.). Before founding her own company in 2013, she spent over 12 years learning the profession of trend research at the Hamburg Trendbüro, where she was Managing Director for five years. Additional interfaces between business and science are her involvement in the "Future of Work" task force within the Münchner Kreis and as a scientific advisor to the "Stiftung Zukunft.li" foundation in Vaduz.
