Andreas Stieglbauer has been intensively involved with the topic of working environments for over 15 years. He is an Associate Partner at Drees & Sommer and, together with his team, supports the implementation and further development of innovative workplace concepts in companies and in the public sector. One of his most important projects is the current development of a modern working environment for the state capital of Munich. The aim is to develop customised solutions that combine functionality and emotion. The concepts are intended to establish the office as a centre of attraction where colleagues can come together and exchange ideas.
