Circular Construction with Lindner

As a leading producer and full-service provider for interior fit-out, building envelopes, building and insulation technology, the Lindner Group focuses on closed material loops throughout the entire construction process – from planning, manufacturing to project execution – and thus brings Sustainable Building into practice. This applies both in the production of system products for floors, ceilings, and partitions as well as in the construction process of new buildings, refurbishments, and renovations. Under the term LinLoop, Lindner offers circular business models such as "purchase with return" or "rent" in addition to circular system products and room concepts.

The goal is to keep products and materials in primary use for as long as possible, supported by various services such as maintenance, upkeep, and repair. Additionally, equivalent reuse or return and processing of used products after their (initial) use should be possible. A prime example of this are the raised floor panels LOOP aurum (Cradle to Cradle Certified® Gold) and LOOP prime (C2C Certified® Silver): "Old" raised floor panels from refurbishment projects are processed in the Lindner factory instead of being disposed of and reintroduced as ReUsed products for a new usage cycle. This practice enables a 70% reduction in CO2 emissions and 93% water savings in the manufacturing process compared to new products, while ensuring the same quality in terms of building physics and application flexibility. This also has positive effects on building certification and EU taxonomy for building owners.

With the aim of meeting tomorrow's requirements today, Lindner adheres to strict Green Building Standards and Cradle to Cradle® Certified product certification. The use of ecologically safe raw materials, the use of renewable energies, and the promotion of closed material loops are central elements of the company's strategy.
