Interstuhl Group
The Interstuhl Group is an independent, owner-managed family business based in Meßstetten-Tieringen in the Swabian Alb. In the 60 years of its existence, the company has developed into a globally active, leading manufacturer in the office furniture industry in Europe. Helmut and Joachim Link, managing partners in the third generation, are driven by a passion for innovative product solutions that support people's lives, work and professional computer/video gaming. The Interstuhl Group markets three focus brands: Interstuhl stands for healthy sitting in the office and holistic room solutions. Bimos is the innovation and market leader for the best industrial and laboratory chairs in Europe. Backforce offers better seating for better gaming. The owners are clearly committed to their fully integrated company headquarters in Meßstetten-Tieringen and are constantly expanding it. A particular advantage of the company is its high level of vertical integration, which is unique in the industry. In cooperation with research institutes, architects and designers, products are created that regularly win international awards. With its own branches and showrooms, service, advice and planning expertise, the company supports customers everywhere, is on site, acts locally - and does so worldwide. The radius of action is constantly growing. Innovation and investment require the courage to surpass limits, to work in an interdisciplinary way and to always dare to try something new. In addition to social and societal responsibility, the Interstuhl Group attaches great importance to a sensitive and sustainable approach to ecological, economic and human issues. People are the benchmark for everything we do. Offering the best possible solution for the needs of our customers is and remains our ambition.
