Focus Area #OfficeXperience

This interactive exhibition offered an exciting and informative tour that presented holistic and future-proof solutions for office building management.

A community of companies from various industries came together under the leadership of rehub and Christof Flötotto to present their solutions for the requirements of the modern working world together and in interaction with each other in an exhibition.

Our Focus Area was characterised by an interdisciplinary approach that supported companies in meeting the requirements and regulations. Instead of pursuing elaborate office relaunches and individual solutions, the exhibition and its participating partners offered corporate decision-makers, facility managers, project developers, real estate managers, and architects holistic approaches on the way to sustainable, flexible, and future-proof office management that were orientated towards the following questions:

• Which strategies increase productivity in the office?
• How can companies find the optimal balance between office work and working from home?
• How can offices be designed to react flexibly to changes in working methods?
• What role do modular furniture and flexible room concepts play?
• Which digital tools and platforms are indispensable for modern office management?
• How can companies use data effectively to support decisions and optimise work processes?

The main focus of this interactive exhibition was on the sustainable use and expansion of the potential of existing data. This enabled companies to make data-driven decisions and implement measures such as space optimization to maximise the productivity and profitability of office properties. Another aspect, in addition to increasing productivity and profitability, which was highlighted in a third exhibition area, were the increasing challenges with regard to compliance with guidelines and regulations.

In addition to the themed areas, there was an open networking area with workshops and a stage. This central platform served as a meeting point for meetings with partners and knowledge transfer, with a varied programme of inspiring talks, panel discussions, and guided tours.

Visitors had the opportunity to experience the Focus Area "#OfficeXperience" – the platform for the future of work!
