2. Why should your stand not be missed under any circumstances?
Space reduction and the associated new requirements for the management and use of new environments, the right ergonomics and versatility in the furnishings in combination with intelligent, visual meeting room technologies, room booking and wayfinding solutions are just some of the Cisco solutions that we will be presenting live. We complement this with clever ways to significantly simplify the complexity of installations and operations, always with the aim of maximizing the user experience. End to end, whether in the home office, when traveling or in a wide variety of office environments.

3. What innovative products and solutions will you be presenting at ORGATEC 2024?
Cisco video conferencing solutions for all use cases, from the home office to mobile working and a wide range of conference and meeting room solutions. Integrated AI solutions for a better user experience (automatic camera focus in challenging environments, smart microphone solutions, control of rooms and already integrated 3rd party solutions, sensor technology, utilization measurement, booking systems and wayfinding). We build the bridge between requirements and efficient implementation.

4. Which visitor target groups are particularly important to you? Which target groups are you addressing? And which companies will come to your stand?
We look forward to visits from different departments, from IT, facility and real estate, HR but also outsourcing specialists, operation leads and transformation owners.

5. How have office concepts and workplace design changed in recent years and how does your company contribute to this?
Many changes result from reduced budgets and very flexible requirements. Transformation is a marathon, and this means that many projects follow a constant development cycle. Recurring adjustments resulting from new workforce requirements, return to office campaigns and increasing space reductions are changing the way projects are developed and implemented today. It's a balance of pragmatism and the desire to create the most productive and best work environments.
