For him, New Work is not a buzzword but a way of thinking: For more than ten years, Wolfram Sauer has been co-responsible for providing a stage for ideas about the future of work, concepts and, above all, people. Together with his team at NEW WORK SE (formerly XING), Wolfram Sauer curated the New Work Experience (NWX), the largest conference on the world of work in German-speaking countries, and organized the New Work Award, the most important prize for future work. A fully qualified lawyer, Sauer was previously a member of the German Bundestag’s Enquete Commission on the Internet and Digital Society. In 2023, together with Oliver Stoldt, Sauer founded the “Leading Minds” agency, which supports companies in their digital and cultural transformation, provides experts, curates various formats (including the Work Culture Festival) and thus motivates and inspires entire teams for the future. He lives in Berlin with his wife and three children.
