Tobias Baur has been a senior consultant, member of the management and partner at M.O.O.CON for over 20 years at M.O.O.CON's Frankfurt office. His consultancy work focuses in particular on the development of building-related corporate strategies under the influence of social megatrends. The question: ‘How do space and buildings shape the company and its future development?’ is just one of many questions that he answers specifically for his clients' promising transformation endeavours. His clients, some of whom operate internationally, belong to a wide variety of sectors in the private and public sectors. He regularly passes on his knowledge and experience to interested parties through presentations and specialist articles.
