Smudo is the co-founder of the band Die Fantastischen Vier, is active in motor racing and works on issues related to the future of the music industry. He is a German lyricist and a rapper with the hip-hop group Die Fantastischen Vier and also works as a dubbing artist and actor. He acquired his DMSB licence in the International C category in 1999. Since 2000, the Fanta Vier frontman has been active in motor racing together with Thomas von Löwis of Menar (Tom von Löwis), rocking not only the country’s performance stages but also its racetracks. Smudo’s Four Motors racing team is committed to sustainability. Together with partners from research and development, over the course of two to three years the team develops various bioconcept cars whose body parts, interiors and interior trim are made of renewable raw materials. This makes it the first racing team in Germany to specialise in sustainability in motor sports.
