Sabrina Schaal is a leading consultant at Drees & Sommer in the area of New Work Transformation. With a background in business administration, facility management and human resources, she has worked intensively for around ten years on designing liveable working environments. In her opinion, “liveable” means that spaces support employees both mentally and spatially. Sabrina’s focus is on successful change management and the transformation of working environments. Through in-depth analyses, goal and vision development and structured transformation processes, she enables companies to develop and design attractive working environments. In her various lectures, Sabrina passes on her inspiration and experience and explains what factors make offices magnets for employees. She always keeps an eye on the varying requirements of HR, employees and spaces and knows how to harmonize them.
