Oliver Mack is an Associate Partner and the Managing Director of macom, which is part of Drees & Sommer. He has more than 20 years of experience in technology management and digitalization for collaborative and hybrid working as well as for customer and learning spaces. His main goal is to bridge the gap between physical and digital spaces and to design user-centred, sustainable and scalable environments for communication, interaction and collaboration. As a keynote speaker and an editor, he shares his experiences and insights regarding the current trends, challenges and opportunities of the digital transformation of working environments as well as customer and learning spaces.
