Prof Dr Nicolas Bogs is HR Professor and Dean of Studies at Fresenius University of Applied Sciences, Managing Director of TANGRON Personnel Consultancy and host of the HR podcast www.personalwelten.de. After his studies, doctorate and management positions in leading publishing and media groups, Nicolas Bogs was responsible for the development and expansion of the German business at the British Haymarket Media Group; he was also a board member of the Haymarket Media Group, London. The certified business coach then took on the role of Managing Partner at TANGRON Personalberatung.
At the same time, he has been teaching and researching in the field of human resources for almost ten years. Following a six-month guest professorship in his second home country, the USA, he is currently also in charge of establishing and expanding the International Business School at Fresenius University of Applied Sciences in Hamburg.
