Marnix Mali leads the global Real Estate and Workspace Services team at Booking.com. He has a background in international HR and held general management roles across various multinational companies and continents before joining Booking.com in 2012. His key interest centers around how the physical workspace can best enable the success and work of the people and the business, based on continuous data, experiments, and feedback. Mali holds master's degrees in business law and an LL.M. from Erasmus University Rotterdam, complemented by Executive Education in HRM from the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business.
