About Lara Milerski
Lara Milerski is a child of the 1990s. Since 2018 she has been working in facility management at the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (German Society for International Cooperation – GIZ) in Bonn. As a political and social scientist specialising in Latin America and gender equality, she switched careers when she entered the field of facility management. Her enthusiasm for this new field of work was sparked by her first project, the “New Working Environments at GIZ” change process that was part of the construction of the new Bonn campus. Since 2021 Lara has been responsible for ensuring efficient, sustainable and future-oriented office space management.
