Alina Keil is Senior Planning Manager at Drees & Sommer. As an interior designer, she has been designing innovative working environments for around 15 years, focussing on both the space and the needs of the users. Her focus is on the conversion and refurbishment of existing buildings, as she recognises the great potential of these structures. By carrying out detailed analyses of working methods, buildings and user groups, Alina develops a deep understanding of the specific requirements of her clients. User workshops, needs analysis and surveys are indispensable tools for creating customised plans that harmonise space and people. With her expertise and flair for design, she designs working environments that are not only functional but also inspiring.
