As a business economist specialising in change management and entrepreneurship, Katrin Mercsanits is responsible for major consulting projects. Not least her enthusiasm for design, development and change of organisations and corporate cultures qualifies her for consulting in sometimes highly complex change processes in different transformation phases of companies. In the context of spatial change, she pursues a human-centred and user-oriented consulting approach. In numerous projects as a senior consultant at M.O.O.CON, she guides her clients through their change activities in a target group-orientated and safe manner.
