About Joan Knudsen
Joan holds a Master in Architecture – Furniture and Interior Design.
She has worked as Creative Director at LEGO, as Marketing and Category Manager in several furniture companies and for the last 15 years focused on bridging between academia and the companies within the furniture- fashion and design industries with the aim of transferring newest knowledge into innovative solutions for the industry to make the companies more innovative and strengthen their competitiveness.
Joan has managed and been involved in a wide range of international projects always evolving around circular economy, business development and Innovation. As Head International, she is part of the Danish Cluster: Den Erhvervsdrivende Fond Lifestyle & Design Cluster.
