About Fetsum Sebhat
In 2013, one year after the release of his celebrated debut album "The Colors of Hope", musician, social and cultural entrepreneur Fetsum Sebhat gathered a group of friends to find an answer to the ongoing refugee crisis. This resulted in the founding of PxP FESTIVAL, Europe's largest charity festival for children. In 2016, in collaboration with Teddy Tewelde, he founded the PxP Embassy e.V., an organisation for educational justice and transformation. In the same year, he published a book on social and political engagement with Claudia Roth and received the Order of Merit of the State of Berlin. Fetsum is co-chair of PxP EMBASSY e.V., member of the German UNESCO Commission and winner of the ECHO, LEA and Pop Culture Prize.
