Dark Horse has been advising companies to improve or reinvent their business model, find suitable strategic directions and drive organisational change for 15 years now. Dark Horse sees itself as a pioneer of a new corporate culture and a testing ground for post-hierarchical management. 

Christian is one of the main authors of the Dark Horse Playbooks on innovation and organisational development as well as the New Work Manifesto "Thank God it's Monday" from 2013.
