About Ann Sophie Lauterbach
Ann Sophie Lauterbach is a researcher at the Future of Work Lab at the University of Konstanz and an expert in evidence-based workplace design. As an occupational psychologist, she supports practice partners in redesigning office and organizational structures, contributing her eye for detail and familiarity with participative processes and traditional challenges. Her work on healthy workplaces is based on findings from organizational psychology, architecture, ergonomics and management research and has been published in practice-related journals such as Zeitschrift für Führung und Organisation and PERSONALquarterly (Haufe).
