About Amelie Marie Fischer
Amelie Marie Fischer is a PhD researcher and management consultant with a focus on organizational culture and transformation. As an engaged scholar at the Future of Work Lab at the University of Konstanz, she researches sustainable work practices and work environments. Amelie combines her interdisciplinary academic expertise with practical experience in the areas of politics, SMEs and consulting. In her work as a project manager and agile coach, she focuses on international culture, transformation and technology projects. She is especially interested in connecting research and practice in order to break up dysfunctional patterns in organizations.
