About Werner Aisslinger
Designer Werner Aisslinger, operating from his Berlin base with a secondary studio in Singapore, envisions design as a force that transcends mere form, shaping the essence of space and atmosphere. His work, which spans product design, interior, and experiential architecture, embraces experimental and artistic methodologies, integrating the latest technologies and pioneering new materials and techniques. Known for narrative-infused spatial concepts, his interior architecture projects include hotels for the 25hours Hotel group and office spaces for Metropolis in San Francisco and Houston. Aisslinger's work is part of the permanent collections at museums such as MoMA in New York, the Fonds National d'Art Contemporain in Paris, the Victoria & Albert Museum in London, and the Vitra Design Museum in Germany. He has collaborated with brands like Vitra, Moroso, Kaldewei and Foscarini. Aisslinger studied at the Berlin University of the Arts and worked with designers such as Jasper Morrison, Ron Arad, and Studio De Lucchi before founding his own studio.
