Let’s Talk About Mental Health: Experience Live How Mental Health (Doesn’t) Work [Workshop]

In this session, we will dive deeper into the world of mental health in everyday working life and show you in very practical terms how we can conduct conversations about mental health. Through an interactive role play, you will experience live how we conduct a conversation about mental health. In the process we’ll show you how such a conversation can or cannot work. We will then jointly discuss which little tricks and tools we need in order to maintain mental health really well. That’s because mental health is a skill that we can actively learn. A big learning factor and lots of fun are guaranteed!
