sound@work | ways to perfect office acoustics - an auditory experience

The modern working world is no longer a fixed location. Office work takes place in a wide variety of locations and places; the presence of employees in the office varies. The speed of variable work processes and team constellations has increased enormously. 

In the holistic view of workspaces, room acoustics play an essential role in terms of room atmosphere and well-being. Optimised room acoustics support work processes in terms of concentration and efficiency. However, it must be adapted to the various room situations and different work processes in the office. In the best case scenario, the room acoustics can even react variably.

In a case study, Création Baumann and ASD show the ways to a functioning and flexible working environment. The design components of absorption, sound shielding and sound masking can be experienced auditorily: sound@work!
