How dismissed employees become brand ambassadors

There are now studies on the extent to which staff reductions correlate with the attractiveness of a product and the reputation of the respective company. The internal errors or external conditions that led to the need to reduce the workforce are not relevant to the professional design and implementation of a successful redundancy process. In the best-case scenario, a successful staff reduction confirms that the remaining employees are in the right company and those who have left remain with the company as suppliers, customers or brand ambassadors (possibly later as returning customers).
