Challenges of our time, such as climate change and the ever-changing work requirements due to the use of artificial intelligence, can no longer be addressed through isolated, independent work – administrative roles will disappear. At the same time, expertise and especially "Deep Dive" learning are becoming increasingly important in a generation with an attention span limited to maximum reel length.
